Imagine being deeply comfortable in your own skin when it comes to expressing yourself authentically in your business.
Many of us soften our true colors to feel safe, or borrow a way of marketing that never felt like ours. And it’s hard to see your own energy signature, the same way you can’t see your own face without a mirror.
So this course gives you several mirrors:

A few years after I started my business, I began experiencing a spiritual transformation in my life. It stripped me down of many of the masks I previously wore.
This led me to a different and more powerful way in how I presented myself – I began fully living my energy signature. As a result, my business has gotten easier and easier over the years.
This is what I wish for you as well – the ability to dive deep and express fully of yourself in your business.
What you’ll be able to do, step by step
I recorded this course with a group of students, so you’ll also hear some of their questions and my answers.
Each module has short videos and a lesson document you can read or hand to your AI.
- Module 1 · Welcome and initial ideas
Put first words to what makes you you, and hear what people who know you see
Look at yourself through several doorways: what comes easier to you than to others, how you differ from the average person, what makes you feel alive or drained, and whose energy signature stands out to you.
Then ask a few people who know you, even just three, what they see in you. You get my six-step process, and a way to find the common threads in their answers (with AI, if you like).

- Module 2 · Lineage and origin story
Draft your origin story, and see what shaped your energy signature
Trace your lineage: the family, culture, training and life experiences that shaped the way you express yourself. Then turn your notes into a one-page origin story, a first draft of your About page.
You’ll also look at the regular practices that keep your energy up, and what to do with work tasks that drain you: eliminate, automate, delegate, or (if none of those are possible) appreciate.
- Module 3 · Values
Know your values, and check your content and offers against them
Find your values through the people you admire, then look for them in a piece of your own content and in one of your offers. Does your sales page carry your values, or was it shaped by fear-based tactics?
Other lessons cover the harder moments: expressing your energy signature when illness or circumstances get in the way, and staying grounded around other people’s strong energy.
- Module 4 · Symbols and embodiment
Find the gestures, archetypes and symbols that carry your presence
Notice the gestures and poses that feel most like you. Choose one to three archetypes from a list of eleven, and star the three symbols that feel most vivid and meaningful.
Then embody each one in a pose (a photo is optional), picture your future self, and spend a week practicing your ideal energy signature.
- Module 5 · Summary and Sequence
Build your Energy Signature Sequence, and gather your notes in one place
Create your Energy Signature Sequence: two to five movements, a minute or less, that bring your ideal self into the present before a client call, a video or any task that asks a lot of you. I share my own, the Energy Reboot, which takes under 30 seconds.
Then organize your notes in my Google Doc template, and turn them into a summary, an image and a short poem (AI can help with all three).
- Module 6 · Practical applications
Bring your energy signature into your website, content, offers and daily work
Before an important activity, picture your ideal energy signature and its opposite, then spend 30 seconds rebooting into the ideal one. I call this Learning from Contrast.
Compare yourself with a nichemate (my word for a colleague in your field) to see what sets you apart, then spend five minutes improving one page of your website.
Last, add energy signature reminders to your hat manuals (the checklists for each role you play in your business), and set a yearly reminder to revisit the course.

Before you enroll
“What is an energy signature?”
Energy signature is my word for the felt quality of your presence, gifts and expression that makes your work distinctly yours.
I leave the term open on purpose. People feel and witness an energy signature more than they define one.
“How is an energy signature different from a brand?”
Your brand includes what you choose, like colors, fonts and messaging, and also what people feel when they meet your work. Your energy signature is the deeper source your brand can draw from.
I have an MBA, and I still find the word “brand” muddy. For me, energy signature has taken its place.
“What if I don’t have an audience, or I don’t like asking for help?”
You don’t need followers. An email or a direct message to three people who know you is enough to start.
Many students felt resistance to asking, so the course has a lesson for that, and another for when nobody replies.
“What if the feedback is hard to hear?”
Sometimes a reply stings. In the course, I share how I handle feedback: let it wash over you like a flood, and catch whichever useful fish you can.

“How much time does it take?”
The six modules come to a little under four hours of short videos, plus extra clips that go deeper on some lessons.

The course is recorded, and it doesn’t include personal feedback or a group. Where a lesson asks you to share with others, share with a friend or colleague instead, or write in your own journal.

“Can’t AI just tell me what my energy signature is?”
AI can help, and the course shows you where: sorting the replies you get for common threads, and shaping your notes into an origin story or a poem. I also give you playful AI prompts to bounce your intuition off.
AI doesn’t know how the people in your life experience your presence. Only they can tell you that, and the course shows you how to ask.
“Can I use it with my AI?”
