ProBot terms

What ProBot is

ProBot is an AI trained on all 22 of my courses, plus my public writing and videos. To talk with ProBot, go to https://www.georgekao.com/probot-chat and sign in with the email you paid with.

As with any other chatbot, ProBot can still get things wrong sometimes. I keep a close eye on its answers, and when I see one I'd answer differently, I correct ProBot and email you the better answer.

What $100 a month includes

  • •Conversations with ProBot, any time. Unlimited access.
  • •Whenever you attend my monthly Q&A calls – https://georgekao.com/qa – I will prioritize your questions first.

Founder prices

The first 20 people pay less:

  • •Places 1–3: $25 a month
  • •Places 4–10: $50 a month
  • •Places 11–20: $75 a month
  • •After that: $100 a month for everyone else

Places go in the order people join.

Your founder price stays the same as long as you stay subscribed, through at least the end of 2027 and likely longer, even if the regular price goes up. Founder prices will always be lower than the regular price.

If you cancel and later come back, you rejoin at the price open at that time. If ProBot cancels your subscription because you haven't used ProBot, or your membership ends because a payment failed, you can come back at your founder price.

You pay only while you use ProBot

Many subscriptions keep charging whether you use them or not. ProBot doesn't.

  • •Using ProBot means having a conversation with it while signed in.
  • •You're billed every 31 days. If you haven't had a conversation since your last billing date, you get one email 5 days before the next one: ProBot cancels at that date unless you use it before then. The email has a link back to ProBot.
  • •If there's still no conversation by then, your subscription cancels instead of renewing, and you aren't charged again.

Cancelling

Cancel any month, without explaining why. Three ways:

  • •Use the "Manage billing" link in any ProBot email.
  • •Tell ProBot you want to cancel, and it will handle your request within 24 hours.
  • •Or email ai@georgekao.com and my AI will take care of it within 24 hours.

Please do your best to cancel with at least 24 hours' notice before your next billing time.

ProBot stays open until the end of the period you've paid for. There are no partial refunds.

There's no "are you sure?" email. After you leave, I might write you within the next 12 months, up to three emails, only when ProBot has news worth sharing, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

When billing stops and starts again

Billing stops when:

  • •you cancel (at the end of the period you've paid for),
  • •ProBot cancels for non-use (at a billing date, after a billing period with no conversation), or
  • •a payment fails and isn't fixed within 14 days (ProBot stays open while the card is retried).

Billing starts again whenever you rejoin from the ProBot page. You're charged that day and every 31 days from then on.

If the regular $100 price ever changes, people paying it get 30 days' notice before the new price applies to them. Founder prices stay locked, as described above.

Prices are in US dollars. No taxes.
